As a manufacturer, many of benefits
Quad/Graphics needed to communicate
were abstract processes. Everyone has
the same equipment. But not everyone
has the same process. Because it's not
tangible and it's benefits are not obvious,
it was necessary to rely on narrative
diagrams to communicate clearly and
make concrete these points of difference.
