Rather than creating an exhibit that
predictably sensationalizes sea monsters
with fake fiberglass creatures, cosestudi
(Boston-based architecture firm) and LP/w
designed an experience that set the story
around humanity’s developing knowledge
of creatures that were once thought to
be myths.

Opened in 2007, the exhibit was expected
to last six month but it continues to attract
audiences today.
